A signature grill inside a five-star resort.

CHAR was conceived as the signature restaurant of Baobab Suites, built around an open fire and embers kitchen. KPDC's founding team delivered it end to end for the Venture Hospitality Group — one of three projects the same group entrusted to us, alongside The Bank and Bianco.

We handled the architectural project and interiors, licensing, construction, the operational model and the technical design of the grill kitchen — resolving the demanding extraction and safety requirements of live-fire cooking inside an operating five-star hotel.
