Kabala Project Development Consultant - FZCO, trading as KPDC – Hospitality Project Consultants (“KPDC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Free Zone Company licensed by the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
1. Data we collect. When you use our contact form or communicate with us by email or telephone, we collect the personal data you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies as described in Section 6.
2. Purpose and legal basis. We process your data to respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals, perform consultancy engagements, comply with legal obligations under UAE law, and, where you have consented, send you information about our services. Processing is based on your consent, the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, and our legitimate business interests.
3. Sharing of data. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, accounting) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by UAE law.
4. International transfers. Your data may be processed on servers located outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
5. Retention. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by UAE law, after which it is securely deleted.
