From empty shell to full service.

Bianco is the third project KPDC's founding team delivered for the Venture Hospitality Group, after The Bank and CHAR. The brief was a complete one: take an empty commercial unit and hand back a working Italian restaurant, ready to open.

We ran the project end to end — concept and space planning, technical design of the kitchen and bar, construction management on site, and the supply and installation of equipment and furniture — with a single team accountable from first drawing to opening night.
