The Bank is an American steakhouse inside the five-star Gran Lujo Hotel Villa Cortés, delivered for the Venture Hospitality Group. Our focus was the engine room: how the restaurant would actually run at full covers.
KPDC's founding team defined the operational design, sized the covers and service capacity, and specified the kitchen — from the grill and cold sections to extraction and back-of-house flow — so the front-of-house concept could be delivered night after night.
